The left seems to be more vulnerable than any other group - IMO.

Fake news is a type of yellow journalism or propaganda that consists of deliberate misinformation or hoaxes spread via traditional print and broadcast news media or online social media. Fake news is written and published with the intent to mislead in order to damage an agency, entity, or person.

Trump has been the primary target since announcing his candidacy. Recently, guns seem to be pointing more at Trump supporters!

So, can you spot a fake story when you see it? What are some clues to look for? What can be done about it?

I can usually spot the 'fake' stuff, often based on the source. More often than not, if something seems 'off,' I'll search for other sources, but, more often than not, media sources don't research themselves but just rework another outlets 'reporting.'

It's pretty easy to spot a political agenda from a news outlet.
