Ironic. To be fair, though, I think they all do.

I disagree. I think that, as far as recent presidents go, Obama is the only one that truly disregarded the Constitution. Others may have tried to push the envelope or felt that what they did truly was constitutional. But I believe Obama disregarded it, knowing full well what he was doing.

After all, he was a "constitutional professor" why would ever get a ruling against him? Let alone a record number of unanimous decisions against.

yes Obama was the worst for breaking constitutional laws, he was the worst for a lot of things, but we can;t be ignorant to the fact that Mainstream republicans also disregard parts of the constitution as well

I'm having a more and more difficult time trying to remember anything about Husein Obama. His memory, his [lack of] accomplishments, his so-called 'legacy' has all but been erased ... disappeared ... been set in its proper historical yet nihilistic perspective. Even with all his narcissistic endeavors, and the attempts by his sycophants, as are often seen here, He has rapidly and thankfully become 'The Disapearing Man.'

Uh .... Someone is saying something, but can't be understood through his block. Well, and then there's the fact that he has nothing to say anyway. I do find it quite cowardly that, while he feels free to post comments re: me, and even while I permit the same of him and his lock-step Poofs, he will not permit the same. But that is the way of self-described Twinks of his self-styled acclaim. {Now, if we wait a few minutes, his Poofy tagalongs should join him in his Swishy cowardice.

I still haven't received an answer to my question. If everyone insists on talking politics and making political posts, the least you can do is answer those that are decent enough to comment and not ignore. Also, I found this: "This past term, the federal government won 13 cases and lost 14." What the heck does that mean? That was also from the article you posted.
